Ryan came to check our garage door because it's not working. He looked at it and gave us a price with discount. When he started adjusting the springs he told my dad that he will not charge us anything since he just did some adjustments and found out that the springs still have warranty. Thank so much Ryan! Ryan answered my call less than an hour after contacting Perry Garage Doors. Broken support bracket was replaced with a stronger bracket and an additional galvanized bar was added across the metal door width for added strength. In addition, Ryan oiled the rollers, tested the springs and adjusted the top (which had been rubbing against the ceiling tiles) as an "extra" service. An excellent job in less than an hour

These guys are great. Courteous on the phone, asked appropriate questions, and set an appointment within two hours of my call. Ryan, the technician, called me to inform me of his exact arrival time. He showed up at the appointed time, in uniform and company truck, and was polite and informative. My door was in pretty bad shape, but he had it back in service in less than an hour. The final price was as originally quoted.
I will likely use them to replace this door in the near future.

Called mid-morning and received a call right back. I spoke with owner who scheduled service for that afternoon. He diagnosed what he expected to find based on the problem I described. Technician contacted earlier than scheduled and had spring replaced very quickly. Also, replaced wheels in tracks. Tech indicated that opener was showing signs of wear which I also expected. Approved them to order and replace opener. This service will be completed this week. Overall, exceptional service was delivered. Both the owner and tech were very friendly and personable.

I called Perry's number at 7:30PM. They called back within 30 min. and set up an appointment between 10 and 11 the next morning. They called just before 10 and said they were delayed, but would be there by 11. Arrived about 10:45, straightened door, installed angle iron brace, oiled rollers, chain etc.run door up and down. Works great.

I contacted Perry Garage Door after a DYI installation went south on trying to get the opener adjusted. I called early Monday morning and they were at my home before noon. The technician worked about two hours troubleshooting everything and could not fix the issue so he suggested returning the unit. He did all that for NO CHARGE!! I called Roy later to discuss the issue and he said they could get me a slightly better unit and install it the next day--even offered to remove the broken one. Next morning they were at the house about 9 AM. Cody showed up with a new unit of the same brand as mine and simply changed out the motor unit and then packed the bad one in the box with the other stuff from the new one. He took the old broken unit and rail with him when he left. Total time was less than an hour. Took the old motor and other stuff back to Sears and got my refund. All in all, a very nice experience. Roy called twice to check on things and our satisfaction with the job. I will recommend them to my friends for sure.

I was very happy with the work done on my garage door. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly while completing the repair. I purchased the Big Deal from them. The wheel from the track was off and he replaced all 10. The garage was making a lot of noises so he took care of that as well. He also adjusted the door to make sure everything would properly work in the future. He called me yesterday to tell me he would call and give me a heads up and tell me when he was coming, and he did. He was on time, prompt and very friendly. I was very happy with the service he performed.

My Garage door jumped the track when the cable came off the main roller and one of the tracking rollers fell off when the top panel drooped and the door became crooked. Mr. Jackson replaced the cable, repaired the track that had bent then replaced the 10 tracking rollers. The whole repair was completed in less than 30 mins and it was on a Saturday morning when I expected it would be difficult to get someone to come out. The charges were $85 for the service call and $70 to replace all the rollers. I called Perry Garage Doors and spoke with Mr. Roy Jackson at approximately 10:45. I caught him as he was out doing Saturday morning errands and shopping. He said he would stop the shopping and head my way right then. He arrived about 25 mins later and my door was repaired with all new rollers and he left my house at 11:30. I was very pleased with his efficiency, promptness and professionalism. Roy is very personable and I appreciated how he explained everything he was doing to fix my garage door. I will definitely call him in the future for any door problem that may occur.

My 15 year old garage door would not open with the wireless devices in my cars. I called Perry to come out and determine if it was fixable or if he would suggest a new opener. He arrived promptly. Because of the age of the opener he recommended a new opener. He was prepared to install a new one and finished the job within a couple of hours. Because the opener was on sale he passed the savings on to me. Job was finished with great professional service. Everything went well. He cleaned up after the job and gave maintenance tips on keeping the door in prime condition.

Mr Perry replaced the rollers and springs on my garage door. The difference is amazing. Great service, he was timely and friendly. He fully explained what he was doing and why. I found Mr Perry garage door service by using one of Deals offered by Angie's List. The deal was for replacement of the rollers for $85.00. I was having trouble with the door, so I thought it would have to replaced in the near future. When I saw the "deal" I thought this might buy me some time before the door needed to be replaced. Mr. Perry inspected the door, replaced the rollers and noted that the springs were getting very weak, He also said that the actual door was in fine shape and that there was no reason for it to be replaced. Because the door was kind of sliding back down, I elected to purchase new springs. What a difference the new rollers and springs have made. I totally pleased with the professional service and friendly manner of Mr. Perry. He did a wonderful job on the door. It is just like having a new door. I had a small problem with billing by Angie's List. Mr Perry assisted me getting the problem resolved and the over payment refunded.

Husband discovered garage door spring broken on returning from errand on Saturday morning. I called and spoke to Roy about 11:30, and was told that he would be able to come out same day between 2:30 -3:30. He arrived at 3, and quickly replaced the overhead spring and side rollers (at my request). Finished very quickly and took all debris with him. My new garage door openers kick butt and take no prisoners. I couldn't be happier. What an improvement over my old units. I had no idea the difference a new unit would make in the reduced noise. He informed me of a promotional offer with LiftMaster and so I opted to replace both units. The units went in quickly and Roy spent a little time with me talking me thru the features of my new motors. Helped me set up my keyless entry and explained all the extra advanced features of my new units.

Replaced stripped traveler, adjusted tracks, rewired sensors He came out on a Saturday morning and repaired the garage door in a house I just bought. Very quick, and it's working fine. He was very nice, told me what I would need in the future (which I expected) without being pushy. I'll definitely call again when it's time to do the whole job. I was also very surprised that the cost was so reasonable, even given the weekend call. Overall great experience.

A spring broke in my garage door which I was going to replace myself until I found it is difficult to buy good springs now as most places have stopped selling due to liability. I decided to have someone install them rather than wait on springs to be shipped to me. I know how to do this so I knew what I wanted. I contacted several companies for estimates and was not too happy with what was going to be supplied and/or the prices. I contacted Roy at Perry Garage Doors. He willing matched the lowest estimate (which was not that much more than good springs I had priced online) and made an appointment for the next morning. He called before he came, showed up on time and installed a much higher quality spring that what his competitors had proposed. Not only was the job totally professional and more than I expected but he finished in about a half hour. Amazingly good job from first contact to goodbye!

Roy Jackson arrived at my property on time and with a very positive outlook on fixing my garage doors. Based on the conversation the prior day he was also prepared to fix the rotted wood frame around my garage. Within a few hours my springs were in place, doors were back in tact, rotted wood was removed and new wood up. He replaced 2 of the damaged sensors and also had a remote available that he programed for me. I'm so thankful for the time and patience that was shown!!
